How to boot Kjartans pissekule puppy linux from a machine with UEFI using a USB flash drive

Download kjartans_puppy64uefi.zip.
Unzip all files and copy them to a USB flashdrive formatted as Fat32 (default settings if using windows) and reboot.

Immediately after booting/rebooting machine, press key to enter BIOS.
If you don't know which key to press you can try the ones listed here:

BOOT KEYS
Computer Model BIOS key(s) Boot Menu UEFI
Acer F1, F2, Ctrl+Alt+Esc Esc, F2,F9 ,F12
Asus F9, Esc, Del, F2 Esc, F8, F10
Dell F2 F12
HP F2, F12 ESC, F9,
Lenovo F2 F12
Samsung Esc F2

Somewhere in the BIOS. Normally under "Security" or "boot" you find: "Secure boot". Set this to "Disabled". Save and exit BIOS.
Now tap continuously on Boot Menu key until you see the Boot Menu.
Choose "UEFI Name of usb-drive/whatever"
When presented with an image of a lady on a weird horse - press Enter on "Kjartans Pissekule Puppy Linux !"

On older machines (without UEFI) download k-pup64mbr.iso and use Rufus to make a bootable usb flash drive and boot from it.

Additional info:
Yes. Some weird icons and colors eh?
I know ! But I like it like this - anyway, I did something cheeky. But because of that - if you install a .pet/app
it will not show up in the menu. Long story - just do this:
Click file - up arrow and go into: /etc/xdg/templates
Right click _root_my-documents_.jwmrc and rename it to: _root_.jwmrc
Thats it.
